I already send an email with the complaint more than a week ago and noone replied to me!
I left a review for the product describing this situation and noone replied to me!
I opened a chat by using a chatbot at Nacific and noone replied to me!
The set price is 80$, additionaly I paid for the delivery from Korea to Ukraine and it came incomplete.
The customer servise simply ignoring icoming complaints!!!
I bought the ATEEZ x NACIFIC Floral set and there are 2 items missing - serum and air cream, the rest of the boxes, postcards and photocards are fine.
The original stickers on the top are untouched on both boxes - they are just empty.
From this point I would like to receive the missing items or a refund.
