How come that there are different ingredients for Nacific Fresh Herb Origin Serum?

In the serum I got, it got (for the oils)
*Meadowfoam [Lock in Moisture]
*Lemon oil [brightens and speed up healing]
*Lime Aurantifolia [Rejuvenates the skin]
*Orange peel [has antibacterial properties, increases blood flow, and helps reducing the signs of Acne and other skin conditions]
*Moringa Pterygosperma [has vitamin A for building up collagens, Vitamin C for reducing wrinkles and fine lines, and Vitamin E for anti-inflammatory]

Which is really great btw! I'm loving the serum.
But, from the other reviews, the ingredients listed is totally different.
